About the Heavy Cotton™ adult t-shirt
The Heavy Cotton™ adult t-shirt from Gildan is a midweight 175gsm 100% cotton pre-shrunk jersey knit t-shirt with a unisex cut and a regular fit. It comes in 56 colours, including Antique Cherry Red, Antique Irish Green, Antique Jade Dome, Antique Orange and more. Sizes run from Small to 5XL (8 sizes), to fit chest 86.4–162.6 cm.
It carries SEDEX, Fair Labor Association, WRAP, Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) and U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol (USCTP) accreditations. It is made in Honduras.
Printing and embroidery
You can decorate the Heavy Cotton™ adult t-shirt with DTG printing on the front chest, left chest, right chest and back, DTF printing on the left chest, right chest, front chest and back and embroidery on the left chest and right chest.
The largest decoration area is the front chest at up to 380 × 450 mm (DTG); supply artwork at 300 dpi for a sharp result.
DTF handles full-colour artwork, gradients and photos on light and dark colours alike, with no minimum order.
Embroidery suits logos and small chest marks, and gives a raised, hard-wearing finish.
Ordering and selling it
Prices start at £8.42 per unit inc. VAT, including the blank t-shirt and a one-side print, with no minimum order. Orders typically dispatch in 3–4 working days.
