Switch your fulfilment partner without pausing your shop.
Moving your Shopify and Etsy print-on-demand to allthe doesn’t mean taking anything down. Your listings keep selling while you switch, you move them one at a time, and tracking goes back to your shop on its own.
What happens to your existing listings
They keep selling. Connecting allthe doesn’t replace, unpublish or rewrite anything in your shop. Only the listings you link to an allthe product send their orders to us; every other listing is fulfilled exactly as it is today, by whoever makes it now. You decide what moves, and when.
Matching your existing listings
You keep your listings, photos, reviews and descriptions. Matching just tells allthe which product to make when that listing sells.
Connect your shop
Install the allthe app on Shopify, or connect Etsy from your dashboard. Connecting changes nothing in your shop on its own: every listing carries on exactly as it is.
Make the product in allthe
Put your design on the item you already sell and save it as an allthe product. You see your cost on every variant before you link anything.
Link the listing
Your shop’s listings appear in the dashboard under Channels as listings to match. Pick the allthe product for each one and link it. Press Ignore on any you are keeping elsewhere.
Remove it from your old provider
Once a listing is linked to allthe, take it out of your previous provider’s app, so a new order is only ever made once.
Your first order, step by step
From your buyer’s checkout to the tracking update, nothing needs you once a listing is linked and your wallet is funded.
An order comes in
Your buyer checks out in your shop as normal. If the listing is linked, the order reaches allthe automatically. You don’t forward anything.
It’s paid from your wallet
The order’s cost (product, VAT and shipping) is taken from your allthe wallet. Production starts once the order is paid.
We make it and dispatch it
Every product page states its dispatch time in working days, and it varies by product, so check the items you sell. Orders go out in plain, unbranded packaging.
Tracking goes back to your shop
At dispatch, the tracking number posts to Shopify or Etsy on its own. The order is marked as shipped and your buyer gets the shipping update your shop normally sends.

Paying for orders: your wallet
Each linked order is paid from your allthe wallet. Top up by card or PayPal before your first linked order, and turn on auto top-up so the balance refills from a saved card when it drops below a level you set.
Your buyers still pay you through your shop. There is no monthly fee and nothing to pay until an order comes in.
Questions, answered.
Do my existing listings stop selling while I switch?
No. Nothing in your shop is paused or replaced. Only the listings you link to an allthe product send their orders to us; every other listing keeps selling and is fulfilled the way it is today.
Do I have to move everything at once?
No. Link one listing, order a sample, check the result, then move the rest at your own pace. A single best seller makes a good first test.
Will my buyers notice the switch?
No. allthe is white label. Orders go out in plain packaging with no allthe branding, and the shipping update comes from your own shop.
How do I pay for orders?
From your allthe wallet. Top up by card or PayPal, or turn on auto top-up so the wallet refills from a saved card when it drops below a level you set. Your buyers still pay you through your shop, exactly as before.
Which shops can I switch today?
Shopify and Etsy connect today. WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Wix, Squarespace and eBay are coming soon, and each has a waitlist on its channel page in the dashboard.
Should I keep my old provider connected?
Yes, until your last listing has moved. Listings you haven’t linked to allthe still need whoever makes them today, so disconnect the old app only when nothing depends on it.
