A school merch store where parents pay, and you post nothing.

Leavers hoodies, PE kit, house colours and PTA fundraising merch all follow the same pattern: lots of individual orders, lots of sizes and a volunteer stuck in the middle. A school storefront lets each family order and pay for themselves, with names added on the product page and every item shipped to their home.

How a school shop works with allthe.

01

Set up the products

Choose hoodies, sweatshirts, tees and bags in youth and adult sizes, place the school crest or the leavers design, and add a name slot where each item is personalised.

02

Send one link home

Share the storefront link in the school newsletter or the parent app. Use a password-protected page so only your families can see it, and open it for as long as the order window runs.

03

Families order and pay

Each family picks a size, types a name, checks the preview and pays online. Orders ship directly to home addresses, so no boxes arrive at reception to sort into classes.

Leavers hoodies, PE kit and PTA favourites.

Classic hoodies and sweatshirts in youth and adult sizes, a youth tee for sports day and a long handled tote for the PTA stall. Every product shows live pricing and its print areas.

Leavers hoodies with every name, without the list.

The classic leavers hoodie has every pupil’s name on the back and each pupil’s own name on the front. The design on the back is the same for everyone, so it goes on the product once. The individual name goes in a personalisation slot, which the parent fills in on the product page and sees on the hoodie before paying.

Nobody has to type up a list of names and sizes, chase late payers or match a name to a size on delivery day. A pupil who joins late, or a parent who missed the newsletter, can still order the same hoodie while the page is open.

How personalisation works

Parents pay directly, and the PTA can keep a margin.

There is no money for the school office to collect. Each family pays at checkout, and the school or PTA pays nothing up front. If you want the shop to raise funds, set the retail price a little above the product cost and the difference comes back to you.

There is no minimum order. A class of twelve can have leavers hoodies just as easily as a year group of two hundred, and spare uniform items can stay on sale all year without anything sitting in a cupboard.

Questions, answered.

How do leavers hoodies with names work?

The shared design goes on the hoodie once, with a personalisation slot for the pupil’s name. Parents type the name when they order and see a preview before paying, and each hoodie is printed individually.

Do parents pay the school, or pay online?

Parents pay online at checkout. The school does not collect cash or handle payments, and orders ship straight to each family.

Can we keep the school shop private?

Yes. A storefront page can be password protected so only families with the password can see and buy from it.

Is there a minimum order for school merchandise?

No. Every item is made to order, so any number of families can take part and nobody has to wait for a minimum quantity.

School merchandise without the admin.

Primary and secondary schools, sixth forms, academies, PTAs, school sports teams and drama productions all sell merchandise at some point in the year. The traditional bulk order means paper forms, cash in envelopes and a pallet of boxes to sort. An online school store replaces that with a link and a closing date.

Use it for the leavers hoodie in the summer term, a house colours tee for sports day, a production tee for the school play or a PTA fundraising range at the Christmas fair. Open a page when you need it and close it when you are done.
