A merch store for your sports club, without the kit cupboard.

Give players, parents and supporters one link to order club kit and merch in your colours, with names and numbers added on the product page. Every order is made one at a time and posted to their door, so nobody in the club has to collect money, count sizes or store a single box.

How a club shop works with allthe.

01

Build the range once

Pick training tees, hoodies, jerseys, beanies and bags from the catalogue and place your crest on each one. Add a name slot and a number slot wherever kit gets personalised, and set the price each item sells at.

02

Share one link

Your club shop lives on its own storefront address. Put it in the parents group chat, the club newsletter and the bio of your social accounts. Run a private page for the playing squad and a public page for supporters under the same handle.

03

Every order ships direct

Each buyer types their name and number, checks the live preview and pays at checkout. The order goes straight into production and arrives at their home, so there is no handing out bags at the end of training.

Kit and merch clubs actually order.

Performance tees for training, a retro jersey for match days, warm hoodies in junior and adult sizes for the touchline, and beanies for the winter months. Every blank below can carry your crest and a personalisation slot.

Names and numbers, without the spreadsheet.

The usual end of season kit order runs on a spreadsheet: who wants what size, which name goes on the back, which number is already taken, and who has paid. With a personalised product the buyer fills in their own name and number on the product page and sees it on the garment before they pay. Whatever they type is what gets printed, and the artwork is built for production automatically.

That also means a single late joiner can order the same kit in October as everyone else did in August. There is no minimum run to wait for and no reorder to organise.

How personalisation works

The club keeps the margin.

You pay the product cost for each item that sells, and you choose the retail price your members see. The difference is the club’s. A few pounds on every hoodie adds up to a useful fundraising line over a season, with none of the cash tied up in stock that the treasurer has to account for.

There is no setup fee and no minimum order. If a design does not sell, it costs the club nothing, and you can swap it out or take it down whenever you like.

Questions, answered.

Can parents order kit for their children directly?

Yes. Parents open the club shop link, choose junior or adult sizes, type their child’s name and number, and pay at checkout. The order is printed and posted to their home address, so nothing passes through the club.

Is there a minimum order for club kit?

No. Every item is made to order, one at a time, so one player can order a hoodie on their own. You never need to gather a minimum number of orders before anything is made.

Can we keep the squad kit private?

Yes. A storefront can have a password-protected page for players and coaches alongside a public page for supporters, both under the same club handle and branding.

How does the club make money from the shop?

You set the retail price for each product. The club pays the product cost when something sells and keeps the difference, which you can put towards kit, travel or facilities.

An online club shop that runs itself.

Most grassroots clubs sell merchandise the hard way: a volunteer collects orders, chases payment, places one bulk order with a printer, waits for the boxes and then hands everything out by name. An online club shop replaces all of that with a link. Supporters buy scarves, hats and hoodies whenever they like, players order personalised training kit on their own schedule, and the club treasurer simply sees money arrive.

It works for football, rugby, netball, cricket, hockey, running and swimming clubs alike, and for leagues and tournaments that want event merch for a single weekend. Start with a handful of products, see what members buy, and add more over time.
