Create a free account and you can build your first product straight away — the catalogue, the design tools and the storefront integrations are all there from day one. Prefer to look around first? A one-off purchase needs no account: browse the catalogue, customise a product and check out as a guest. Signing up adds order tracking, saved designs, store connections and wallet credit.
No. allthe is free to join. You only pay for orders you place — product cost + decoration + shipping, no platform fee on top. Sample packs ship at-cost so you can see exactly what your customers will receive.
Most sellers go from creating an account to their first live order in under an hour. Build a product in the catalogue, connect your Shopify or Etsy store (or use our API), and orders start flowing through automatically.
Shopify and Etsy out of the box, plus your own allthe-hosted storefront if you don't have a shop yet, and a JSON API for anything else. TikTok Shop, eBay, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace are on the way, and each has a waitlist page under Services. Channels are configured per-account at /dashboard/channels, and one allthe account can drive several stores.
Most on-demand orders are printed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Shipping speed depends on the service you (or your customer) selects at checkout.
Samples are intended for testing — they go through the same fulfilment path but are flagged so we can prioritise turnaround and waive certain fees. Samples don't count toward referral or affiliate qualification.
Yes. Every order generates a printable mock and a print-ready artwork file at the exact pixel dimensions we print at. Both are visible in your dashboard and on each order's detail page.
Yes — that's the core model. Build a product from one of our blanks, add it to your store, and we print + ship each order on demand. No inventory, no minimums, no upfront cost.
Your wallet is a pre-paid balance that orders charge against. Top up by card (Stripe), PayPal, or UK Direct Debit (GoCardless). For sync-flow channels like Shopify and the developer API, set an auto-topup threshold so a flat order never blocks because of an empty balance.
UK orders include VAT at 20%. We deliver to UK addresses today, so that is the rate on every order for now; when international delivery opens, VAT for other destinations will be worked out at checkout. Your invoice in /dashboard/wallet shows the breakdown for each transaction.
Every active account has a referral code in /dashboard/referrals. Share it — when someone signs up via your link and places their first paid order, you both receive £10 wallet credit. Sample-pack orders don't qualify.
Yes. The affiliate programme pays a commission on every paid order a referred customer places (within a 12-month window). Affiliate codes are issued case-by-case — get in touch if you'd like one.
Our catalogue covers well-known blank brands (Gildan, AWDis, Stanley/Stella, Bella + Canvas, Beechfield, Westford Mill and more). Stock levels update in real time on each product page.
DTG (direct-to-garment), DTF (direct-to-film transfer), embroidery, and sublimation depending on the blank. The customise canvas tells you which areas a method supports and what the file requirements are (typically 38×45 cm @ 300 DPI PNG for chest prints).
For sharp prints, art should be at least 300 DPI at the print area's physical size — that's usually 4488×5315 px for a 38×45 cm chest print. Vector formats (SVG, PDF) work great too. The customise canvas warns you in advance if your file would print soft.
You're buying from an independent seller who runs this shop on allthe. They pick the products, set the prices, and handle customer questions — their business name is what you'll see on your card statement. allthe is the platform underneath: we host the storefront and produce + ship every order on the seller's behalf.
Production starts as soon as your order is confirmed, usually within 1 business day. Most items ship in 3 to 7 business days from there, depending on what you ordered. You'll get a tracking email the moment your parcel is dispatched.
We email tracking the moment your order is dispatched. The link goes straight to the carrier's site. If you've misplaced the email, message the seller via the Contact button below and they'll resend it.
Reach out to the seller (Contact button below) as quickly as you can. If production hasn't started yet they can usually adjust or cancel for you. Once an item is in production we can't undo it.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart and where it's going, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay. Orders ship tracked via Royal Mail or courier. We currently deliver to UK addresses, including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands; delivery to more countries is on the way.
Returns and refunds are handled by the seller — they're the merchant on your order. If something's wrong (damaged, misprinted, wrong size), message them via the Contact button below and they'll sort it. The seller's full refund policy is linked in the footer of every page on this shop.
Each item is made to order once you buy it, then packed and posted straight to you. Your order confirmation email has the details, and you get tracking when it is on its way.
For anything order-related — what you bought, when it's arriving, returns — use the Contact button below to message the seller; they'll respond directly. If you need to flag something to allthe (suspected fraud, content you want to report, accessibility issues), use the separate "Report to allthe" link in the footer instead.
Running a storefront
Nothing to set up and no monthly fee. On a store that is paid to you, allthe takes a 5% platform fee on the item total (after any discount code). The card processing fee comes out of your share too. Your wallet pays for making each order: the item cost plus 20% VAT, plus postage at our rate.
On a store that is paid to allthe, there is no platform fee and nothing comes out of your wallet. See What you earn for a worked example.
Buyers pay straight into your own Stripe account, so the money is yours from the moment they pay. Stripe pays it out to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule. Set this up once under Payouts. You pick your business country there, and it cannot be changed later.
It is the other way to run a store. allthe takes the payment and sells every item at cost: the item cost plus VAT, with postage at our rate. You do not need Stripe and you do not front any money. You also earn nothing on sales.
Because the store sells at cost, discount codes and your own postage settings do not apply, and personalisation add-on prices are not charged. It is the usual choice for clubs, teams and staff shops. See how it works for clubs.
A gift link lets someone claim items from your store for free. They pick their size and enter their own address, and pay nothing, postage included. Your wallet pays for making and posting the order.
Each link can be claimed once. You can limit it to certain products and a number of items, send it to one email address, and set an expiry date. You can only create a gift your wallet, or your auto top-up, can cover. Gift links work on both kinds of store.
On a store paid to you, refund the buyer from the order page in your dashboard. The money comes from your Stripe balance, and the 5% platform fee is not refunded. A full refund before the order goes into production cancels the order.
On a store paid to allthe, use the order page to ask us for the refund. Our team reviews it and refunds the buyer.
On a store paid to you, set what buyers pay for postage in your storefront shipping settings, region by region: our rate, a flat rate, or free. Your wallet is always charged our rate, so if you offer flat or free postage you cover the difference.
On a store paid to allthe, buyers pay our postage rate and your shipping settings are not used.
An order on a store paid to you only goes into production once your wallet has paid for it. If it cannot, we email you a link to top up. If the order is still unpaid after 3 days, it is cancelled. Turning on auto top-up in your wallet avoids this.
