Hoodies are usually the highest-margin thing a small brand sells and the item people actually keep wearing. They are also less forgiving than a t-shirt: heavier fabric, seams and pockets in the way, and a hood that changes where a back print can sit. We print and embroider them to order in the UK, one at a time.
Weight is the whole decision
A 280gsm hoodie and a 350gsm hoodie are different products at different prices for different buyers, and the gap is obvious the moment someone picks one up. Lighter weights suit summer drops, events and anything shipped in volume, because postage is priced on weight. Heavier brushed-back fleece is what people mean when they say a hoodie feels expensive. If you are building a brand rather than a giveaway, the heavier blank is usually worth the extra unit cost, because it is the reason for the second order.
Print or stitch
Embroidery on a hoodie chest reads as a premium product and survives years of washing, which is why it is the default for workwear and club kit. Print is the right answer for large graphics, photographic artwork and anything with more colours or finer detail than thread can hold. Plenty of designs use both: a stitched left chest with a printed back panel is a common and good-looking combination, and both can go on the same garment in one order.
Where the design can go
Every hoodie in the catalogue has its print areas already set up at real sizes and positions, so you are not guessing whether a design clears the pocket or disappears under the hood. Pullovers, zip-throughs, crew sweatshirts and quarter-zips each behave differently, and the customise canvas shows you the actual usable area on the garment you picked.
One or a thousand
There is no minimum. Most orders are printed and dispatched within one to three business days, whether that is a single hoodie for one buyer or a run for a team. If you need a large batch on a date, ask for a quote and we will price the run rather than charging the per-item catalogue rate.

Hoodie weight is impossible to judge from a photograph and obvious in the hand. Order a sample at cost, wash it, and pick the blank from that.
