Artwork Policy

Last updated 20 September 2026

File requirements

Accepted formats are PNG (preferred, because it keeps transparency), JPG and WebP, up to 50MB per file, with a further limit of 12,000 pixels on the longest side and 60 megapixels in total. SVG and PDF can also be uploaded in the design tool, but both are converted to a pixel image on arrival: a PDF uses its first page only, and neither keeps its vector scalability afterwards. For the sharpest result, export vector artwork yourself as a transparent PNG at the physical size you intend to print, with any live text converted to outlines. AI, EPS and PSD files aren't accepted.

Resolution

We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI at the printed size. The design tool measures this live as you scale your artwork and shows a warning when a design drops below 300 DPI for the size you've set. You can still order below that threshold, but you do so at your own risk — low-resolution artwork prints soft or pixelated, and that isn't a fault we can refund.

Colour accuracy

Artwork is processed in the RGB colour space; files saved as CMYK may shift in colour when converted. Colours on screen will also differ from printed output due to the nature of digital textile printing, so we cannot guarantee exact colour matches between screen and print. For brand-critical colour work, order a sample before placing a full run.

Prohibited content

We will not print artwork that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Uploaded artwork may be reviewed, and we reserve the right to reject any artwork that we deem inappropriate. Artwork submitted in breach of this policy may result in account suspension. Uploads are automatically scanned for malware, and infected files are rejected.

Ownership and liability

By uploading artwork to the platform you confirm you hold all rights to reproduce and sell it. allthe accepts no liability for intellectual property claims arising from artwork supplied by customers.

Artwork guides

Each product in our catalogue has an artwork guide showing the safe print area, and the design tool displays it as you work. Please ensure all key design elements fall within this area. We are not responsible for elements that fall outside the printable zone.
