TikTok Shop is not open to sellers yet. This page sets out what the connection will do when it opens, so you can judge whether it fits, and how to put your name down.
What it will do
- List your allthe products on TikTok Shop, or match listings you already have.
- Orders will arrive automatically, with the right product, size and colour already matched to your allthe catalogue.
- We will print, pack and ship, then write tracking back to TikTok so the buyer is updated without you touching it.
How it will work
You will authorise allthe to access your TikTok Shop, then match your TikTok listings to allthe products or push new ones across. From then on, new TikTok orders will flow into allthe production and ship with tracking, with no exports and no copy-paste.
One setting to get right first
TikTok lets you fulfil orders in one of two ways: TikTok buys the shipping label, or you do. Because allthe ships your orders on its own courier accounts, your shop needs at least one delivery option set to seller shipping. If TikTok is supplying the label, we cannot ship the order for you or send tracking back.
You create that option once in TikTok Seller Centre, under Logistics, and you set the delivery charge, so what your buyer pays for postage stays your decision. When the connection opens, you will match each of your TikTok delivery options to an allthe service, so a buyer who pays for a faster option gets one. Anything left unmatched will still ship, on our cheapest suitable service.

Email hello@allthe.com with TikTok Shop in the subject line and we will get in touch the moment it opens. Waitlist sellers get access first. Products your buyer personalises will not be available on TikTok at launch, because TikTok has no way to collect their wording or artwork at checkout.
