eBay is not open to sellers yet. It is on the list rather than in the build, and this page sets out what the connection will do so you can decide whether it is worth waiting for.
What it will do
- Mirror your listings, or publish new ones from products you build with us.
- Pull orders in as they are placed, with no manual export.
- Send tracking back to eBay, which matters more there than on most channels because dispatch time feeds your seller metrics.
- Make and ship UK orders in the UK, in plain packaging under your brand.
Worth knowing about eBay specifically
eBay judges sellers on handling time and late dispatch, and a made-to-order product takes longer to leave than something already on a shelf. That is workable, but you have to set your handling time honestly rather than optimistically. Most of our orders are printed and dispatched within one to three business days, so a handling time set to match that is realistic and a same-day promise is not.
What to do in the meantime
Our JSON API can drive orders from eBay today if you are happy to wire it up, and a storefront hosted on your own handle is the no-build option. Shopify, Etsy and TikTok Shop are live now if any of those suit the same products.
