Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of allthe, a print-on-demand platform operated by allthe ltd ("allthe", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales. They apply to everything we offer, including our website at allthe.com, your account and dashboard, storefronts hosted on our platform, our mobile app, and the apps and integrations we provide for Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce and TikTok Shop. By accessing or using any part of the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at legal@allthe.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

What we provide

allthe lets you browse and customise products, place on-demand orders, use our design tools (including AI-assisted design generation and photo personalisation), connect external sales channels, and — where enabled — run your own storefront. For orders you place directly with allthe, you order from allthe and allthe arranges and manages production and delivery through its own production and fulfilment operations and partners.

Orders, production and delivery

Products are made to order on a print-on-demand basis. Because production begins shortly after you order, an order generally cannot be changed or cancelled once it has entered production. Production and delivery timeframes are estimates; while we use reasonable efforts to meet them, we cannot guarantee specific dates for factors outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Personalised and made-to-order items

Many of our products are personalised or made specifically to your order. Under consumer law, the right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised, except where the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Pricing, payment and tax

Prices are shown on the platform and may change from time to time. Payment for orders placed directly with allthe is taken at checkout through our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. Depending on your location and the product, applicable taxes such as VAT may be added. For orders placed through storefronts hosted on our platform, the merchant of record is the seller named in the shop's footer — or allthe, where the footer says the order is sold by allthe — and payment on those orders is processed by Stripe for that merchant. The merchant of record is responsible for the payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds on its orders.

Storefronts and sellers

If you operate a storefront on our platform, you are responsible for the products you list, the content you publish, and ensuring you have the rights to sell them. Unless your storefront runs on our at-cost model, you sell to your buyers directly and are the merchant and seller of record: buyer payments are collected into your own connected Stripe account, your business name appears on the buyer's receipt and card statement, the contract of sale is between you and your buyer, and you are responsible for your buyer-facing pricing, customer service, refunds and consumer-law obligations. allthe acts as your technology and fulfilment provider — we host the storefront, produce and deliver your orders, charge a platform fee on each sale, and bill you for production, applicable VAT and shipping. The commercial detail is set out in the Storefront Terms in your dashboard, which form part of your agreement with us.

Where a storefront instead runs on our at-cost model, allthe is the merchant of record: allthe takes the buyer's payment, handles invoicing, tax and refunds on those orders, and the seller neither receives sale proceeds nor pays production charges. The shop's footer always tells buyers who the seller of record is. We may decline, suspend or remove a storefront, listing or content that breaches these terms or the law.

Connected sales channels

When you connect a Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce or TikTok Shop store, you authorise us to exchange the data needed to sync your products and orders. On those channels you sell under the channel's own terms and you remain responsible for complying with each channel's terms and policies. We are not responsible for those third-party platforms, their availability, or changes they make to their services. Some channel integrations may be offered in beta or by invitation.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the artwork, designs, photographs and other content you upload. You grant allthe a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, store and adapt that content as needed to provide the platform and to produce, fulfil and deliver your orders. You confirm that you own or have all rights necessary to use your content, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it complies with these terms and the law.

AI-generated designs

Our design tools can generate artwork from your prompts and images. You are responsible for the inputs you provide and for your use of the resulting designs, including ensuring they do not infringe third-party rights. Because AI tools generate results from shared models, we cannot guarantee that a generated design is unique or that similar designs will not be produced for others. The acceptable-use rules below apply to anything you create with these tools.

Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to create, upload, sell or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, counterfeit, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited. Uploaded content may be screened and, where necessary, reviewed by our team. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach these rules or the law.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

If an item you bought directly from allthe arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right in line with your statutory rights and our Refund Policy. Because most items are made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. For storefront orders, refunds and replacements are handled by the merchant of record for that shop — see the Storefront Refund Policy linked in every shop's footer.

Our mobile app

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our mobile app for your own use of the platform. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app except to the extent the law allows. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store you obtained it from, such as Google Play.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available but we may update, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may change the products and features we offer. We will give notice of material changes where reasonably possible.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. This does not exclude or limit any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, allthe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

If you upload content or sell products through the platform, you agree to indemnify allthe against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your products, or your breach of these terms — including claims that your content or products infringe someone else's rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the platform applies to your use of it. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
