Staff kit and merch.
One handle.
Zero stock.
allthe makes and ships your branded clothing on demand. So you can give your team a private online store to order their own uniform, and open a public store to sell merch to customers. Same branding, no stock to hold, and we handle every print and delivery.
See it in action
Watch it work, end to end.
See how a restaurant group runs a private staff uniform page and a public merch page, all under one handle.
Two kinds of page
One handle. Two kinds of page.
Add a private page for your team and a public page for your customers, under the same handle and the same branding.
Staff uniform ordering
A password-protected page just for your team. When someone joins, they order their own uniform, so you never touch a spreadsheet or hold a single garment.
- Password-protected page you control
- Staff pick their own size
- Shipped to each person’s address
- Printed on demand, no stock to hold
Branded merch for fans
A public page on the same handle. Customers buy your branded products, you set the prices, and allthe makes and ships every order under your name.
- Open to everyone, share the link anywhere
- You are the seller, buyers pay you directly
- Your prices, your margin
- Zero stock, made only when ordered
When a new starter joins
Uniform ordering, self-serve.
No central sorting, no reshipping, no guessing sizes. Your team member does it in under a minute, and it turns up at their door.
Staff sign in
New starters open the staff page and prove it’s them — either a shared team password, or their own work email address.
Pick their size
Each person selects their own size from the range, so nobody has to guess.
Add their address
They enter their own delivery details, so it ships to them, not a warehouse.
allthe ships it
We print the uniform on demand and post it straight to the employee.
A worked example
A restaurant group,
one handle.
Say you run several restaurant brands. Under one handle you add a merch page and a staff page for each of them, all with their own branding.
New chef starts on Monday? They open the staff page, order their whites, and it ships to them. Regulars want a branded hoodie? They buy it from the merch page. You hold none of it, and store nothing.

Generate with AI
No design to hand? Describe what you want and our AI tools create ready-to-print artwork in seconds.
Let buyers personalise
Add a name, number or message that the buyer fills in. Every order prints unique, with no work from you.
Doing a promo for a special event?
Spin up a page just for it, sell for a week, then take it down. No stock ordered up front and nothing left over in a box afterwards.
Personalisation
Let buyers make it theirs.
Add a personalisation field to any product and the buyer fills it in at checkout. Great for staff name badges on uniform, and for one-off personalised gifts on your merch page.
Why businesses use it
Less stock to hold. More brand to sell.
Everything is printed on demand and shipped for you, so there is nothing to store, count or write off.
Hold zero stock
Nothing sits in a cupboard going out of date. Every item is made only once it is ordered.
Staff self-serve sizing
Employees pick their own size and enter their own address. No spreadsheets, no back and forth.
Shipped direct to each person
Uniforms go straight to the employee, wherever they are. Ideal for multi-site teams.
Public merch, same brand
Add a public page on the same handle and sell branded merch to your customers and fans on demand.
Every brand, one handle
Give each brand its own pages under a single handle, all run from one dashboard.
Locked down or wide open
Password-protect the staff page, gate it to your email domains, keep a page on a private link, or publish merch to everyone.
Only your people get in
Allow whole email domains — every address at companyname.com — or invite named people one by one. Group companies can list several domains, so everyone across the brands is covered by one page.
Kit out a new starter for free
Send them a link that claims their uniform at no cost to them. The company picks up the bill, and you can restrict it to the exact items they should get.
On your own domain
Serve the store from shop.yourcompany.com so staff never leave your brand. Your allthe.store address keeps working alongside it.
Questions
The practical stuff.
Can I run a private page just for my staff?
Yes. A staff page sits behind a password you control, so only your team can reach it. Share the page link and the password when someone joins, and they order their uniform themselves.
Do employees choose their own size and delivery address?
Yes. Each staff member picks their own size from the available range and enters their own delivery address at checkout, so their uniform ships straight to them with no central sorting or reshipping.
Do I need to hold any stock?
No. Every item is printed on demand when it is ordered, so you never buy or store uniforms up front. That removes the cost and waste of holding stock that may never be worn.
How does one handle cover more than one brand?
You get one handle, like mybrands.allthe.store, and add a page for each brand under it. Each brand can have a public merch page and a password-protected staff page, all managed from one account.
Can I sell branded merch to the public too?
Yes. Alongside the private staff page you add a public merch page on the same handle. Customers buy your branded products, and allthe prints and ships every order, so you hold no stock and keep the margin.
Where do the designs come from?
You can upload your own artwork, generate new designs with our built-in AI tools, or offer personalisation so buyers add their own name, number or message at checkout. Whichever you choose, allthe prints and ships it.
Can I run a page for a one-off event or promo?
Yes. Spin up a page just for an event, a seasonal drop or a pop-up, sell for as long as you like, then take it down. Nothing is ordered up front, so there is no leftover stock to deal with afterwards.
How does payment work?
For a public merch page you are the seller of record, so buyers pay you directly and allthe takes a flat 5% platform fee, with production covered by your prepaid wallet. Staff uniform ordering can be funded however suits your business.
