Club kit, sorted.
No money to front.
Open a club shop in minutes. Members pick their own size and pay at checkout, and we make and post each order to their door. The club holds no stock and never handles the money.
Paid to allthe, in plain words
We take the payment. You run the club.
When you create a store, you choose who gets paid. Most clubs and teams choose Paid to allthe. Here is what that means.
allthe takes the payment
Members pay allthe at checkout. The club does not need a Stripe account, a card reader or a treasurer chasing bank transfers.
Sold at cost
Every item sells for what it costs to make, plus VAT. Postage is charged at our rate. There is no platform fee on top.
No money to front
The club pays nothing for orders members place themselves. No bulk order, no deposit, no boxes of stock.
The club earns nothing on sales
That is the trade-off. If you want the shop to raise funds, choose Paid to you instead and set your own prices.
Gift links for kit
Giving players their kit? Send a link.
A gift link lets someone claim kit from your shop for free. They pick their size, enter their address and pay nothing, postage included.
The club pays for it from its allthe wallet, so you only ever pay for the kit you give away.
- One claim per link. Once it is used, it is done.
- Limit what it covers. Pick the products and how many items.
- Send it to one person. Tie it to their email address if you like.
- Set an expiry. Links can run out after a date you choose.
- No surprises. You can only create a gift your wallet can cover.
How it works
From crest to kit, in four steps.
No size spreadsheet, no bulk order, no handing out bags after training.
Build the range
Pick tees, hoodies, jerseys and bags from the catalogue and add your crest. Add a name and number field if kit gets personalised.
Choose Paid to allthe
Create a store and pick Paid to allthe when it asks who gets paid. No payout setup needed.
Share one link
Put it in the team chat or the newsletter. Keep it public, or lock it with a password or to your members’ email addresses.
Everyone orders their own
Each person picks their own size, enters their own address and pays. We make it and post it to their door.
Questions
What clubs ask us.
Do we need a Stripe account or a business bank account?
No. On a store that is paid to allthe, allthe takes the payments. There is no payout setup and nothing to connect.
What do members pay?
The cost of making the item plus VAT, and postage at our rate. The price on the store is the price they pay, with no club mark-up and no platform fee.
Does the club have to pay for anything?
Not for orders members place themselves. The club only pays when it sends a gift link, because the club is giving that kit away. Gift links are paid from your allthe wallet.
Can each person choose their own size?
Yes. Every member picks their own size and colour from the range and enters their own delivery address, so nobody has to collect a size list.
Can we add names and numbers?
Yes. Make the product personalised and members type their own name and number before they pay. On a store paid to allthe, personalisation add-on prices are not charged.
Can we keep the shop to our members?
Yes. A store can be public, behind a password, on a private link, or open only to the email addresses or domains you list.
Can we use discount codes?
Not on a store paid to allthe, because items already sell at cost. Gift links still work if you want to give kit away.
What about refunds?
Ask from the order page in your dashboard and allthe’s team reviews it and refunds the member.
Can the shop raise money for the club?
Not while it is paid to allthe, because items sell at cost. Choose Paid to you instead: members pay into the club’s own Stripe account, you set the prices and the club keeps the difference after costs.

Kit out the club. Keep your cash.
It is free to set up. Members pay for their own kit, and the club only pays for what it gives away.
