Every paid order is mirrored into production automatically. It is printed, packed and posted under your brand, and the tracking number posts back to Shopify so your customer gets the usual shipping email.

Whatever they enter is saved onto the order and printed for them. The block hides itself on products it does not apply to, so the rest of your store is untouched.

What does it cost to start?
Nothing. Signing up and installing the app is free, and there is no monthly fee. You pay for each item when a paid order comes in, and your cost is shown on every variant before you sell it.
Will my customer know you made it?
No. allthe is white label. Orders go out in plain packaging under your brand, and the shipping notification comes from your own store.
Can buyers upload a photo?
Yes. The Personaliser block takes text and images on your product page, and whatever the buyer adds is saved on the order and printed.
Does tracking go back to Shopify?
Yes. Fulfilment status and tracking numbers post back to Shopify automatically, so your customer gets the shipping email your store normally sends.
Will it overwrite my product descriptions?
No. Size charts live in their own field and appear through a theme block, so the copy you wrote stays exactly as it is.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. You can order samples of any product to check the print and fit before you sell it.
