What does it cost to start?
Nothing. Signing up and connecting your Etsy shop is free, and there is no monthly fee. You pay for each item when an order comes in, at the price you saw before you listed it. Etsy’s own listing and transaction fees are billed by Etsy as usual.
Will my buyer know you made it?
No. allthe is white label. Orders go out in plain packaging under your brand, and your buyer only ever deals with your shop.
Who sets the postage my buyer pays?
You do. Etsy needs a finished shipping profile in your shop before a listing can go live, and the postage on it is your decision. We tell you if a profile is missing anything before you push.
How long do orders take?
Everything is made to order. If your shop has never set a processing time, we add one on your first push at three to seven days, which you can change on the listing in Etsy at any time.
Do I need to add anything in Etsy?
Two things only you can do as the shop owner: a finished shipping profile, and a production partner entry under Shop Manager, Settings, Production partners. The setup guide walks through both.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. You can order samples of any product to check the print and fit before you list it.
