Channels are managed at /dashboard/channels. Live today: Shopify, Etsy and the Developer API. Coming soon: WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Wix, Squarespace and eBay. On any coming-soon channel's page there is a "Notify me when … launches" button that adds you to that channel's waitlist, or you can email hello@allthe.com.
Getting set up: Connect, Fund, Match
If you chose "Fulfil orders from a shop I already run" at sign-up, your dashboard home shows three steps:
- Connect: link your shop from /dashboard/channels/new.
- Fund: put money in your wallet (/dashboard/wallet) so orders can be paid. The step suggests an amount (based on your channel orders over the last 30 days, or a starter amount if you have none yet) and links to auto top-up, which refills the wallet from a saved card when it drops below a level you set.
- Match: link your shop's existing listings to allthe products (below).
Each step ticks off on its own when it is done.
Matching existing listings
Listings already in your shop are not changed when you connect. They only send orders to allthe once you link them to an allthe product. Each connected shop on /dashboard/channels shows how many listings are still to match, with a "Match listings" button.
- Shopify: "Match existing Shopify listings" (/dashboard/channels/shopify/unmatched). Press "Match" on a listing and pick the allthe product, or "Ignore" it.
- Etsy: "Unmatched Etsy listings" (/dashboard/channels/etsy/unmatched). Link it to an existing allthe product, build a new allthe product from it, or ignore it.
Listings you don't link keep selling as they do today. Once an order for a linked listing ships, tracking goes back to your shop automatically.
Switching from another print-on-demand provider
You can move one listing at a time while the rest keep selling. Link a listing to allthe, then remove it from your previous provider's app so each order is only made once, and keep that app connected until nothing depends on it. The full walkthrough, including what to expect on your first order, is at /switching.
Shopify
Press "Install allthe on Shopify", which opens the Shopify App Store listing. Once installed, allthe imports your products, receives orders automatically, and pushes tracking and fulfilment status back to Shopify. In the dashboard you can match existing listings to allthe products, view orders, change settings and turn on auto-fulfilment. To disconnect, uninstall the app from Shopify.
Etsy
Press "Continue with Etsy" to authorise. You can read listings and orders, push new listings live or as drafts (including in bulk), set shop-section rules and category mappings, and resolve unmatched listings. Before publishing you must choose a "Production partner" in your Etsy shop settings. Etsy charges its own $0.20 per listing and per renewal. The authorisation expires after 90 days; press "Reconnect Etsy" when prompted. If your shop has no processing profile, one is created as "made to order, 3–7 days".
TikTok Shop
Coming soon. It is not open to sellers yet: press "Notify me when TikTok Shop launches" on its channel page (/dashboard/channels/new/tiktok) to join the waitlist. A small number of accounts are on an early trial; if yours has been enabled you will see a connect button instead.
WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and eBay
All coming soon. Each has a channel page under /dashboard/channels/new with a "Notify me when … launches" button that joins the waitlist for that channel. We do not describe what these will do until they ship.
Developer API
"Open developer portal" (a separate site, same login) for API keys, the REST catalogue, orders and tracking, and webhooks.
