How does pricing work when I sell?
You pay allthe the production cost per item; you set your retail price and keep the difference. /dashboard/pricing shows cost per unit, sell price and margin for every product, with a "Set price = cost ×" tool. Price changes update live Shopify and Etsy listings. The product builder's Review step shows estimated profit and margin per product.
VAT
allthe charges 20% UK VAT on production regardless of your VAT status. The builder treats VAT as reclaimable or as a real cost depending on the "My business is registered for VAT" toggle in your account settings. Public prices default to inc-VAT with an Inc/Ex switch; the design step shows ex-VAT.
The wallet
/dashboard/wallet funds production for storefront and channel orders. Top up by card or PayPal. Direct Debit is not available right now. You can set auto-top-up and keep a card on file. Refunds of wallet balance are available on request; refunds over £100 are reviewed. If the wallet is at £0 a storefront order is blocked and auto-cancelled after 3 days if unpaid.
Pricing tier
Your dashboard may show a pricing tier: a percentage adjustment applied to baseline retail pricing for your account. If you have questions about your tier, ask at /dashboard/support.
