Sign up
/register: name, email, password (minimum 10 characters), country, language, currency and a marketing choice, then a bot check. Press "Continue"; we email a 6-digit code (valid 10 minutes); press "Verify & create account". A referral link (?ref=CODE) pre-fills the code.
Sign in
/login offers Password or Email code ("Send me a code" emails a 6-digit sign-in code). If two-factor authentication is on, enter the authenticator code at /login/2fa.
Forgotten password
/forgot-password → "Send reset link". The link lasts one hour; the new password must be at least 10 characters.
Two-factor authentication and sessions
In /dashboard/settings you can change your password, turn on two-factor auth with an authenticator app, see active sessions and "Sign out everywhere else".
Team members
Owners and Admins can invite team members (Owner, Admin, Member roles). Invites last 7 days; the invitee presses "Accept invite & sign in".
Changing my account email
The account email can only be changed by contacting support (/dashboard/support or /contact).
Notifications
Preferences are in Settings. Payment, refund and security emails cannot be turned off.
Deleting my account
Settings → "Delete my account" (password required). Personal data is erased within 30 days; order records required by law are kept. See /policies/account-deletion.
