The Day One Club is allthe's loyalty scheme. It is free to join and members only: every allthe account is in it, and you are probably already earning. The public page is /day-one-club; your points, the wheel and the gift store are at /dashboard/day-one-club.
How do I earn points?
- 1 point for every £1 you spend with allthe. That means production you pay allthe for: orders you place yourself, and wallet spend on storefront and channel orders. Points are worked out from spend after it happens and rounded down, so £7.80 earns 7 points.
- Topping up your wallet does not earn points on its own; spending it does. Sales to your own buyers through a storefront, and payouts or withdrawals, never earn points because that is your revenue, not allthe's.
- A free spin of the wheel every week for bonus points, whether you have ordered anything or not.
- Bonus point drops and seasonal boosts on top of what you earn from spend.
- Milestones, such as your hundredth order, pay out big bonuses and unlock gifts nobody else can claim.
- Achievements (badges) earned on the dashboard can also unlock gifts in the store.
Do points expire?
No. Points never expire. If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned are taken back.
The weekly wheel
Spin it at /dashboard/day-one-club. One free spin per week (the interval is set by allthe and can change), and every spin wins some points; the bigger prizes are rarer. The wheel is part of the club, so it is off whenever the club is off.
What's in the store?
Gifts you buy with points. Two kinds: physical gifts, which are shipped to a saved address of yours (some come in sizes, so pick one), and wallet credit, which is paid straight into your allthe wallet. Each gift shows its cost in points. Some gifts need a specific achievement before you can claim them, and limited gifts can sell out. You cannot redeem a gift you cannot afford, and a redemption is only recorded once the points have been taken, so you never lose points without getting the gift.
Where do I see my balance and history?
/dashboard/day-one-club shows your balance, points earned all time (from spend, achievements and spins), points spent on gifts, and a ledger of every movement.
Is the club always on?
allthe can switch the club, the wheel or the earn rate at any time. If the club is off, the pages are hidden and no points are earned. Ask at /dashboard/support if something looks wrong with your points.
