The Heavyweight adult t-shirt from Comfort Colors is a heavyweight 205gsm 100% ringspun US cotton t-shirt with a unisex cut. It comes in 27 colours, including Bay, Black, Blossom, Blue Jean and more. Sizes run from Small to 4XL (7 sizes), to fit chest 86.4–152.4 cm.
It carries Oeko-Tex Standard 100, USCTP, Fair Labour Association (FLA), WRAP and SEDEX accreditations. It is made in Honduras.
Printing and embroidery
You can decorate the Heavyweight adult t-shirt with DTG printing on the front chest, back, left chest and right chest, DTF printing on the left chest, right chest, front chest and back and embroidery on the left chest and right chest.
The largest decoration area is the front chest at up to 380 × 450 mm (DTG); supply artwork at 300 dpi for a sharp result.
DTF handles full-colour artwork, gradients and photos on light and dark colours alike, with no minimum order.
Embroidery suits logos and small chest marks, and gives a raised, hard-wearing finish.
