About the Original 5-panel cap
The Original 5-panel cap from Beechfield is a 100% cotton twill cap. It comes in 25 colours, including Black, Bottle Green, Bright Red, Bright Royal and more.
It carries Amfori BSCI and REACH accreditations. It is made in China.
Printing and embroidery
You can decorate the Original 5-panel cap with embroidery on the front and DTF printing on the front.
The largest decoration area is the front at up to 120 × 80 mm (embroidery); supply artwork at 300 dpi for a sharp result.
DTF handles full-colour artwork, gradients and photos on light and dark colours alike, with no minimum order.
Embroidery suits logos and small chest marks, and gives a raised, hard-wearing finish.
