/catalogue has search and filters for Category, Brand, Print method, Sustainability ("Organic only"), Colour, Price, Gender, Pet and Type, plus sort by Featured, Newest, A–Z/Z–A or Price. Also /catalogue/categories, /catalogue/clothing, /catalogue/brands and /catalogue/collections. Prices on tiles are "from £X". Badges include TOP PICK, WEBSITE ONLY and ORGANIC.
What does the price on a product page mean?
"From" price per unit includes the blank item plus one-side print. Public prices default to including VAT; an Inc/Ex VAT switch appears where VAT applies. Prices can also be shown in other currencies. Extra print areas, and quantity, change the final price in the builder.
How long until my order ships?
Each product page says "Orders typically dispatch in X working days". Dispatch time is per product, not site-wide. Half days show as a range such as "3–4". Delivery time is added on top; checkout shows a days estimate per delivery option.
Stock and colours
The stock legend shows Available, Temporarily out of stock, or Not made in that colour. Out-of-stock sizes are shown in the builder.
Size guides and specs
Product pages have tabs for Specification (GSM, material, fit, gender, age group, sizes), a structured size guide (to-fit chest/bust/waist/head/age, UK size, garment chest/length/sleeve), Accreditations, Care instructions, Features, Downloads (spec sheet and artwork template) and Print areas.
Reviews
Product pages show first-party customer reviews. Sellers can write a review at /dashboard/reviews after an order has been dispatched.
