Where do you deliver?
The main checkout delivers to UK addresses only, including the Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Visitors outside the UK can still register and order to a UK address. The free sample pack (/order-sample) goes through the same checkout, so the same delivery area applies.
How long does it take?
Two parts: dispatch and delivery. Dispatch time is quoted per product on its page ("Orders typically dispatch in X working days"). Delivery options at checkout each show a days estimate on top of that. All services are tracked and tracking is emailed at dispatch.
Packaging and branding
Packaging is plain and unbranded, so orders you sell arrive as if from your own brand.
Storefront buyer postage
Sellers set buyer postage per region in storefront Shipping settings: allthe's rate, a flat rate, or free.
